Hello, I am Meredith Campbell!

Fitness Guru, wife, mother and all around motivator. I want to get you in the best shape of your life! I started my own business helping others find themselves, work on their fitness and nutrition and teach others to do the same all because I transformed my life in 2006 with a fitness program. In 2013, I lost 60 lbs and had abs AFTER a c-section. I’m a fitness professional, Master Trainer for Beachbody formats: Insanity, Turbo Kick, PiYo; Worldwide Fitness Consultant and Group Exercise Instructor. I’m happily married with a toddler and baby, I love being active and living the dream and I thrive at helping others achieve bigger and better things for their life too. I have a deep passion for teaching others, love to sail and travel, a Fashionista at heart, and enjoy cooking for my family.
